Julia Jaskolska

Julia Jaskólska, Co-Investments & ESG Lead at CalPERS Private Equity, works on evaluating Private Equity co-investments - including climate transition - and is responsible for ESG efforts across CalPERS’ Private Equity Portfolio. In her ESG role she has been spearheading industry’s first effort to standardize and quantify ESG reporting: ESG Data Convergence Initiative. Prior to CalPERS, Julia worked as a tech private equity investor, management consultant and started a fintech company. She has been named Private Equity’s International 40 under 40 and Business Insider’s Rising Star of Wall Street. Julia has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MPhil in Sustainability from the University of Cambridge and a BS in Materials Engineering from MIT.
